Dream Game Counts... But not For $$$

Photo: Chris RatcliffeChris Ratcliffe stroked a 9-darter just prior to the Battle of Stones River in Nashville, TN.  The Stones River Dart Association held their event in Nashville in stead of Murfreesboro where they are located because they were able to negotiate a great deal on the venue. Ratcliffe hit the remarkable game in the traditional way, 180, 180, 141 (60, 57, 24).  Was he surprized? “Well, yeah!”  So was everyone else!

Just like a golfer would ‘retire’ and fame the ball he stroked for a hole in one, Ratcliffe is retiring his darts and getting a new set. Besides, they didn’t hit him any more perfect games in the Battle of Stones River.
