HALEX 2004/05 Road To Vegas!

Regent Sports Corp - Halex... Where Technology Meets TraditionThe Regent Sports Road To Vegas program is half way through the six major tournaments held during the Fall/Winter 2004-05 event season.  Promoting the Halex® line of dart products with special attention to the innovative new BristleTech® and Soft-Tech® dartboards, first three affiliate sponsorships the Atlanta Peachtree Open, the USA Dart Open, and the Windy City Open are now over and the results are in. The current standings are shown in the accompanying table. The remaining three tournaments, the $12,500 Choo Choo Classic held in Chattanooga, TN (December 3-5, 2004), the $25,000 Pennsylvania Rae Chesney Memorial English Dart Tournament held in Philadelphia, PA (January 7-9, 2005), and  the $10,000 Camellia Classic held in Sacramento, CA (February 18-20, 2005) will decide the Halex players headed to The Las Vegas Desert Classic IV  later in June.

The top male and top female darters who earn the most BEN Pro Ranking Points (in accordance with the table shown in the following PDC Wild Card  Race story) from the 501 singles of the six sponsored tournaments will receive an all expense paid entry into the 2005 Las Vegas Desert Classic IV, including round trip travel, accommodations (based on double occupancy), and Halex® branded tournament apparel to wear during this nationally and internationally televised event.

Each sponsored tournament features a booth demonstrating Halex® products  along with various contests and games players can participate in between tournament matches.  Prizes will be awarded to winners throughout the  tournament adding additional excitement to the event.  All proceeds raised from the contests will be donated to the designated tournament charities with  a portion going to the ADO Memorial Scholarship Program, helping the host association to contribute to their community needs.

The Windy City Open, held September 16-19 in Chicago, IL, produced a few winners of the Halex BristleTech dartboards when the players beat the Cyberdarts Cricket Pro in a game of Cricket.
