Dear Paul (Dartoid),
Just got my July-August Bull's Eye News. What a great article.
Not just because I was in it, but the way it was written.
I want to tell you I had a tear in my eye and others I showed it to also did.
The way you described the final game was as exciting as anything I’ve ever read.
And you must have done a lot of research for the year I was born, 1922 as a matter of
fact, but no difference at the way you tied it in with The Little Old Lady was brilliant.
I liked including the other ladies and also the pictures. It might inspire some of them to go further 1st time seeing their name in print.
I think I have to thank Mike Broderich too. He must have had a lot to do with
it. What a great person he is for darts here in Philadelphia.
It was wonderful for me reliving the whole thing over again. It was the most thrilling dart event of my life. I’ve relived that Double 12 out a thousand times in my mind.
Well, thanks again and when are you coming back to Philly?
We can pitch a few darts and down a few brewskies?
Thank you, —Helen Scheerbaum
