Dear BEN,
I was the local dart supplier at the Golden Harvest in Saskatoon and as such had an
opportunity to witness the professionalism displayed by one of the Pro’s – Steve Brown.
During the semi-final matches – a couple of local Alberta players were throwing darts on the
now open boards in the lobby out of view from most people other than myself and wife in our booths. Steve Brown was sitting on a nearby couch talking with John
Part and watching these two throw. After a couple of minutes, he stepped up to give them some advice on how to throw the dart better. He then spent the next 1
hours showing them the finer points of darting and more importantly why. I would like to commend him on going out of his way to help these two people. I know
they will value their ‘free’ lesson very highly and always remember the professionalism showed by this pro.
