Dear BEN,
Yesterday, Feb.22nd, my grandson and I went to Syracuse, NY, to observe and allow him to
shoot in the Youth Event at the Syracuse Open. It was exciting to attend this well run tournament and world class dart throwers, and especially to meet
Wade Wilcox.
My grandson and I found him to be a real gentleman, a great shooter, and a super
Ambassador for Darts, and for VOKS. Wade was helpful and friendly to us and many others.
He spent the time between most matches giving encouragement and advice to many, but especially the younger shooters. I am sure that he could have used the time between matches to refresh himself, but he was constantly being a promoter of “Good Darts.”
