Release of Liability: In consideration for the acceptance of my entry fee of $125/$145/$250 US*, I for myself, and assigns, do hereby release and discharge Bulls-Eye Marketing Inc., Professional Darts Corporation, Mandalay Bay and other sponsors, and their assigns, from any and all rights, claims for damages, demands or causes of action whatsoever, in any manner arising from or relating to my participation in the Las Vegas Desert Classic VI and/or Las Vegas Players Championship. I also give permission for the use of my name and/or picture in any media of this event. I attest that I have read and understood all the rules associated with this tournament. TOURNAMENT RULES
1.
It is the player’s responsibility to be knowledgeable of all tournament rules included within this event. See event flyer for more details.
2. All players shall play by the Professional Darts Corporation Tournament  Rules, revised January 01, 2007 except where superseded by rules included below.
3. Good sportsmanship shall be the prevailing attitude throughout the tournament. Any unsportsman like behavior, which is likely to cause upset or distraction to an opponent, will result in match forfeiture and tournament disqualification.
4. The interpretation of these tournament rules, in relation to specific darts events, shall rest with the Tournament Organizers, whose decisions shall be final and binding. Protests after the fact shall not be considered.
 5. Players are required to confirm participation at least 15 minutes prior to start of each 501 qualifier. Participation in all qualifiers not required. Players qualified for TV rounds may not participate in further qualifiers.
6. PDC top 12 ranked men as of May 2007 (45 days prior to the start of the event), and the four North American Pre-Qualifiers are exempt from qualifying.
PLAYING ATTIRE

Tournament Organizers reserve the right to protect their sponsor’s interests with regard to any advertising material used by the players during the tournament competition.
